Thermodynamics
A solid understanding of chemical thermodynamics provides a stand-alone service and also gives direction to experimental plans to help reduce costs and better understand reaction mechanisms. We have over 20 years experience in the use of computational thermodynamics for new process development. This includes producing custom plots for clients so that they can better understand their processes and the nexts steps for experimental work. Thermodynamic work can be done as stand-alone or as part of a larger project involving experimental work. Once the thermodynamics are understood (what can and cannot be formed), an experimental program can be developed to understand the reaction kinetics associated with the process.
